How do I login?

Go to striketip.com and click the Login button on the top right corner of your screen. Remember to login with the same email address you used to create the account.

How do I setup my bank account?

1. Login to your striketip account and find your profile picture

2. Click 'Payouts'

3. Add your bank details

How do I cash out?

1. Go to your striketip profile

2. Click on ‘Cash out’

3. That’s it! The money will be sent straight to your account*

*Funds will take 1-3 days to arrive in your account, depending on your bank. Digital banks often arrive the same day (Monday-Friday).

Is my money safe?

Yes, all payments are secure and are sent directly to your account.

How much does striketip cost to setup?

striketip is free to set up.

How much does striketip cost?

Active account holders pay 1.95 per month. That’s it!

What are the fees associated with transactions?

How do I know the payment was successful?

Once the payment has gone through, you'll see it in your account and your customer will receive a Thank You! email.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, VISA, Mastercard, and all other major credit cards.

Customers can choose to pay with card, input details manually or scan their card.

Why can't a customer scan the QR code?

Most phones work just by opening the camera and pointing it at the QR code. For some older phones you might need to Go to the app/play store, type in QR reader and download the app. Once downloaded, scan the QR code using the app.

Does a customer have to add their card details every time they pay?

No, once they enter their card details and save the card to their pay wallet, the details will be there if they decide to donate again.

How long does it take for my money to go into my bank account when I cash out?

Funds typically take 1-3 days to arrive in your account, depending on your bank. For digital banks, often, funds will arrive the same or next day Monday-Friday.

What countries is striketip in?

striketip operates in all 50 US states and all of Europe including the UK.

Where did the name striketip come from?

It all started way back when, when our co-founders saw the demise of cash during the COVID-19 pandemic and realised the potential in someone sending cashless tips by simply ‘striking’ their phone. This then became strikepay™ and striketip™
